Spacer is the brainchild of founders Mike Rosenbaum and Roland Tam, concepted over a coffee, consummated over a beer (or two) and given birth over many late hours of development and hard work.

The simple premise of our business is this: in an increasingly competitive digital world, where optimising yield and reaching customers online is expensive, Spacer is your one-stop marketplace for space. We source demand and offer solutions to thousands of customers searching for parking and storage across the major cities; think of us as the ‘Expedia’ for space in Australia.

Our platform offers the most comprehensive supply of business to consumer, peer to peer and commercial options for customers seeking short and long-term parking and storage. With over 30,000 units available for rent we are the largest marketplace for space in the country.

Lightbulb moment? Probably not, but it just makes sense. We are proud to have built a team of seasoned professionals to service the most robust, safe and user-friendly platform for Australians to rent out space.

Spare Workspace

Founded in 2015, Spare Workspace was conceived out of the personal need of a workspace solution that was both affordable and available short-term. With rising rental prices and the long-term commitment of commercial leases, the option to find such a workspace was becoming increasingly difficult. This prompted the idea - businesses can share their existing workspace with others to reduce costs, share resources and engage with other businesses. Today, Spare Workspace ambitiously challenges the way people find and use workspace in Australia.

We understand that humanity is at the core of all hospitality and we bring this to our users through our app. We focus on building connections between customers and businesses every day: from helping venues grow and run their businesses to transforming the way customers order at their favourite venues.

Purely Polished

Purely Polished was founded by Iman Davamoni shortly after she became a mother. It was motherhood that brought her to the realisation that getting to a nail salon was a real challenge for busy people like mum's, professionals and shift workers.

She searched the web to find a service that could come to her but it was hard to find a mobile nail service that was fresh and trendy. So that wasn't an option. It wasn't until her daughter was 6 months old that she got the chance to make it to a salon.
But then there was another issue. All the products including the nail polishes contained numerous toxic ingredients known to be harmful to pregnant/nursing mums and to be attributed to cancer, among other things.

She then decided to take the three things she wanted in a manicure service 'convenience + style + health' and created Purely Polished - an on demand mobile manicure service delivering fresh, trendy and pure manicures to Sydney!
